Earl Dorman earned his CPA license in 1969. He began his career with a large firm, quickly working his way up to Partner. But eventually, he decided that he would be able to provide better service with his own practice, where his ability to spend more valuable time with clients would allow him to better understand each person’s needs and help them develop much more personalized strategies to reach their goals.
He founded Earl Dorman CPA, PC in 1980 with the goal of helping individuals and businesses protect their wealth through careful, individualized tax planning and preparation. Since then, the firm has grown and expanded to serve individuals and businesses in a wide variety of industries, including farm and agriculture, apparel, automotive, construction, food and beverage, forestry, real estate, manufacturing, professional services and more.
Bradly Dorman
Certified Public Accountant
Bradly Dorman found his first professional interest in the field of economics, graduating from the University of Oregon in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Following in his grandfather’s footsteps, he decided to take his knowledge and skills to accounting, where he would be able to help individuals and businesses through complex financial decisions and protect their hard-earned money. He began his career at Earl Dorman CPA in 2018, while attending the University of Oregon to earn his master’s degree in accounting. Shortly after graduating he received his CPA license. He became a partner in 2022, which is when the firm officially changed its name to Dorman & Dorman CPAs PC.
Patti Hoover
Bookkeeping, Payroll, Tax Preparation Specialist
Patti Hoover joined the team in 2019, bringing with her a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience. She has been working alongside CPAs since 1987, initially beginning her career as a bookkeeper. Her passion for helping clients in any way she can, lead her to take on new challenges and responsibilities along the way.
Developing and honing her skills for over 30 years, she has expertise in a wide variety of disciplines, including bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation and more.
Conrad Yubeta
Bookkeeping & Payroll Specialist
Conrad Yubeta began his accounting career as a bookkeeper at a commercial real estate company. Taking on new roles and responsibilities throughout his career, he’s developed an expertise in a wide variety of accounting disciplines.
In October of 2022, Conrad moved to Eugene and joined our team at Dorman & Dorman CPAs as a bookkeeping and payroll specialist, helping clients to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth and efficient operations through careful and professional management of their business accounting needs.
